Michael
V. Webb, CLU, ChFC
Michael has been an
agent since 1992. He has lived in St. Charles his
entire life and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia
and graduated in 1990. Since becoming an agent in
1992, he has also studied under a professional organization
called the Society for Financial Service Professionals.
Michael is a member of the Society of Financial
Service Professionals and was designated by the American
College as a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and a ChFC
(Chartered Financial Consultant). Give

Jacquie
Bird
Jacquie is the Commercial Lines Manager for the
agency. She has 17 years experience in Property &
Casualty. She lived a majority of her life in St.
Charles and currently resides here. She is also in the
process of pursuing her CISR and AIS designation.
Jacquie is very detailed in reviewing your coverages and
making sure that you are fully protected. By treating
our clients and prospects as we would like to be treated, we
will grow the agency through a thoughtful and consultative

Debbie
Barrale
Debbie is the Personal Lines Insurance Manager. She
has 6 years of experience in insurance and is
very detailed in reviewing your insurance coverage and will
point out any concerns that she has about your current
insurance. Our clients and potential clients, will
benefit greatly by her professional and thorough approach.
Debbie understands the need for evaluating all of your

Billy
H. Webb
Billy
has been an agent for over 35 years. Having
relocated to St. Louis after being in the United States
Navy, Billy has worked for several companies before trying
his hand in the insurance business. In 1974, he went
full-time into the insurance industry and hasn't looked
back. The original office was opened on Page Service
Dr. in Creve Coeur, Missouri and in 1980, after realizing he
had outgrown that office, Billy moved to St. Charles and
opened an office on Boonslick Dr. We are presently
located at the Kingshighway address and have been there
since 1993.
